The Northern Ireland Leadership and Governance Conference 2026 will take place on Wednesday 25th March at La Mon Hotel, Belfast. In the context of the Executive's ambitious agenda for public service transformation and the recently announced 2026-29/30 draft Budget, this year's conference, 'Transformation | Together Going Further, Faster' will move beyond headline ambitions, by offering direct insight from frontline colleagues who are developing and implementing new approaches that are already making a tangible difference for people and communities in Northern Ireland. While there is a long way to go, we are already taking action to reshape services, strengthen collaboration and accelerate innovation.

Developed jointly by the NI Public Sector Chairs’ Forum, the Chief Executives’ Forum and Solace NI, in consultation with colleagues across government, this year’s conference will be more interactive than ever. It provides a unique  opportunity to join over 250 public service leaders to consider the strategic issues, examine emerging policy approaches and create space to focus our collective effort to support implementation and change – going further faster, together.​​​​​
