The Northern Ireland Public Sector Chairs' Forum is led by a committee of members elected on a biennial basis. The Committee meet no less than four times a year. Our business is shaped around an annual cycle, beginning at the start of the fiscal year.

• The Annual General Meeting is held in May each year

• The business plan for the incoming year is agreed in January each year 

• The event programme is also agreed in January each year

• Membership invoices are issued out in the first quarter of the year, together with an overview of activities and priorities for the year ahead

• Ad hoc activity is agreed as required

 

The Forum´s Secretariat services are delivered by the Northern Ireland Confederation for Health and Social Care (NICON). 

 

The services provided and protocols are set out in a Memorandum of Understanding between NICON and the Forum. This is reviewed on an annual basis.
