Northern Ireland’s public bodies have faced unprecedented challenges recent months in dealing with the immediate impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, and in planning for the future delivery of public services in a world that has transformed fundamentally.

In doing so, organisations must maintain strong public accountability and compliance with government guidelines.  This represents a significant challenge in an environment that is shifting rapidly and in which our traditional ways of communicating and taking and recording decisions are significantly constrained.
