It is vital that leaders work to maintain their own health and wellbeing, and that of their staff during the Covid-19 pandemic and in its aftermath.
Dr Petra Corr, Clinical Director of Psychological Services and Head of Occupational Health Services, Northern HSC Trust & Psychology Adviser to the Chief Medical Officer, has taken the lead on behalf of the HSC to develop a framework to support psychological wellbeing in the workplace during the pandemic. This framework was recently launched by Health Minister Robin Swann MLA and is supported by a significant range of free Staff Health and Well-being Resources.
