About the Event
The NI Public Sector Chairs' Forum, the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and the Chief Executives' Forum are delighted to invite you to join over 200 leaders from all parts of the public sector and beyond, for the Northern Ireland Leadership and Governance Conference on 2 April 2025.
The occasion will provide a wide range of thought-provoking and informative contributions on the burning issues of concern to all public service leaders, as well as plenty of opportunities to reconnect with colleagues; to establish new connections and broaden your network with colleagues and wider partners.
We will consider the local and international responses to the interconnected challenges of increasing demand, growing complexity of need, constrained funding and increasing citizen expectations. We will examine the opportunities available to us to address these challenges collectively.
