As we begin to ease lockdown restrictions, deal with the impact of Brexit and restructure to a low carbon economy, the Northern Ireland Public Sector Chairs’ Forum are delighted to invite you to join us for this important breakfast session, setting out the emerging new economic vision.
In the session, Gareth Hetherington, UU Economic Policy Centre, and Chair of South Eastern Regional College, will give an overview of the labour market impacts and economic prospects.
Paul Grocott, Deputy Secretary, Economic Strategy and Policy Group and Michelle Scott, Director of Business Interventions, Department of Economy, will set out the Department’s ambitious new plans for economic recovery in the short term and a ‘10x’ future for the longer future of the NI economy in the decade of innovation ahead of us.
